The brand now lists locations across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, and the McDonough studio is one of them.

The menu is organized by body area. Brazilian waxing covers the whole bikini area, front and back, and clients can choose to keep a small triangle, a landing strip or a mustache shape, which is discussed with the esthetician before the service. Other groups cover the face, upper body, lower body, a full body package and vajacials with intimate brightening options. Men can book full body waxing, which covers everything from the neck down and leaves out the face.

Licensed estheticians talk through hard wax and soft wax with each client and recommend one based on the skin and the area being done. Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Clients are asked to let the esthetician know about sensitivities, allergies, prescriptions or recent medications before waxing, to grow hair to about a quarter inch before a Brazilian wax, and to exfoliate and lightly moisturize the day before a wax rather than the day of.

Licensed estheticians recommend hard or soft wax after discussing the client's needs.
