Everything is done in soft wax, also called strip wax, which is applied at a low temperature and suited to delicate skin. The studio does not use hard wax, and clients who prefer it are directed to nearby salons. Services are grouped into Brazilian and bikini waxing, body waxing, and facial waxing, and the Brazilian menu includes All Gone, Triangle, Mod, Front Only, Landing Strip and a Trans-W Brazilian listed as an all gone service for trans women. Bikini options run from Basic to Extended, and several bundles pair Brazilian with underarms, inner thighs, back or full legs.

Body waxing covers arms, legs, back, chest, abs, shoulders and inner thighs, with add-ons and smaller areas priced from $25. Large body services are limited to two per day, and the studio does not offer full body waxing. Facial waxing covers eyebrow cleanup and shaping, with an upper lip option.

To prepare, clients are asked to let hair grow about two weeks or until it is roughly the length of a grain of rice, and to avoid shaving beforehand. Exfoliating two to three times a week and showering before the appointment are recommended, and the studio notes that an over-the-counter pain reliever taken 30 minutes before can ease discomfort. Policies include a $30 fee for same-day cancellations or rescheduling, a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals, and a 50% deposit for new clients booking services of $50 or more. One guest per service and service animals are allowed. Discounts are offered to frequent and loyal clients and for occasions such as graduations, weddings and birthdays, but not for first-time clients.
