Services are sorted into brows, color, cuts, styling and treatments. Color ranges from men's grey coverage and blending, root color formulated for new growth, and all-over color to custom highlights and lowlights, hand-painted balayage, toner and gloss on pre-lightened hair, and semi-permanent Fantasy Colors, which are priced by the individual and the goal. Custom highlights and lowlights begin with a consultation, and toner is an extra charge when needed. Cuts include men's haircuts, bang trims and face frames, and a precision haircut with blow-dry. Keratin smoothing aims to reduce frizz while keeping natural body, though results differ from person to person.

Each service is booked separately, so clients add what they need when scheduling, and blowouts are added to color or highlight visits when styling is wanted. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Shorter-notice cancellations carry a fee of half the service price, and no-shows or missed appointments are charged the full price. Short-notice cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances are reviewed case by case. Gift cards come in $70, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 1 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.
