The salon is built around the C.A.R.E. Method, a care approach that Brandy developed for Arizona hair and its desert conditions. Its work centers on desert-damaged hair, low-maintenance highlights and balayage. The salon says it celebrates and affirms the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities and that everyone is welcome. Brandy creates private appointments for people who have not felt comfortable in traditional salon chairs, including gender-diverse clients, people who color their hair at home, and people who have gone a long time without a haircut.

Services are grouped into New Guest Sessions, Hilite Sessions, Grey Blending and Hard Water Detox. Pricing is stated as transparent and all-inclusive, and each package includes a trim or shape-up as needed. First-time guests start with the Custom Transformation Session.
