Manicures and pedicures are the core of the menu. The Brandon Signature manicure covers nail trimming and reshaping, cuticle care, a sea salt soak, an organic sugar scrub, and a massage with warm lotion and towels, then finishes with polish and a choice of paraffin or collagen gloves. The Express Manicure is a shorter visit with a warm soak, nail care and a warm-towel hand massage. Pedicures run from an express version up to longer treatments such as the LavaFlow and CBD Retreat, and add-ons include hot stone, callus treatment, paraffin, bath bombs and collagen socks. Aromatherapy scents such as charcoal, citrus and mango are available.

For enhancements, clients choose the color, shape and design of their set. Options include acrylic, builder gel in a jar, poly or tap gel, soft gel in a bottle and Gel X, along with dipping powder in a single color, pink and white, or ombre. Nail art is offered at three levels, from simple accents such as French tip or glitter up to detailed custom work with 3D accents and crystals.

Booking and payment rules are set out clearly. Appointments are held for 10 minutes before they count as a no-call, no-show, no deposit is required, and cancellations carry no fee. Prepayment is required after two no-shows. Enhancements carry a seven-day warranty for chipping or breaking, repaired at no charge in the same color and design, though the warranty does not cover regular polish and does not allow changes to color or design. Outside tools are not permitted, and clients should disclose allergies or sensitivities before service.

Uses vegan and environmentally friendly products that are described as gentle on skin and nails.
