The menu covers braids, twists, faux and goddess locs, human-hair and mermaid locs, Lisa Bonet locs with custom color, loc maintenance, takedowns, wash and go styling and silk presses. Many install prices include hair, and they run from $145 for Stitch Braids to $1,900 for a long permanent dread extension.

Appointments are by appointment only. A deposit is required to book hair services and comes off the remaining balance at the visit. Deposits vary by service, from $10 for the Medium Knotless Special to $150 for long permanent dread extensions. Clients can pay with Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Brandi also teaches hands-on loc classes. The Learn 3in1 class covers distressed, goddess and mermaid locs in about 1.5 hours, with tuition of $550 paid in full to reserve a seat. Gift certificates are delivered by email in amounts from $33 up to $200, or in a custom amount. A referral program gives $20 off a new client's first appointment and $20 off the referrer's next visit, applied to the remaining balance.
