The studio aims to offer a tailored, relaxing visit while helping each client work toward their skin and brow goals. Client reviews on the home page describe the service as relaxing and the studio as welcoming.

Signature facials are adjusted to each client's skin needs. Newer clients can book The First Facial, which starts with a conversation about what they want, continues with choosing products suited to their skin, and includes a basic facial. Clients who are not yet sure about committing to a facial can book a consultation first.

Specialty treatments are corrective services for particular areas of concern, delivered with more advanced techniques. Corrective acne treatment is among the options. Brow services include a clean-up that keeps the natural shape and an optional bolder tint.

The studio sells skincare from several brands, including Beauty of Joseon, Corthe, Dermathod, Face Reality, and Stratia, and its shop also lists Circadia, Glymed Plus, JUNOCO, KrX, and Neogenesis. Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of purchase in studio or of delivery online.

Visits are by appointment only, booked on the website or through the Vagaro booking page and app. The building lot has unmarked spaces, with more parking across the street when the lot is full. An elevator serves the building as well as stairs to Suite 200, and the waiting area has a fridge with drinks and coffee.
