Clients book through the business's own page on as.me, and a $20 non-refundable deposit is due at booking. That deposit is applied to the service booked. Because the deposit is not returned on cancellation, the business asks clients to reschedule at least 24 hours ahead; a rebooking after a shorter notice requires another $20 deposit.

Lash fills are offered on a schedule. A fill requires that at least half of the lash extensions are still in place, which is about two weeks after the original set; otherwise a full set is needed. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since a late arrival shortens the service.

Mobile lash services are available within 20 miles of Los Angeles for a $40 traveling fee, and locations farther out carry a higher fee. Discounts do not apply to the traveling fee, and mobile clients should text to confirm travel availability before booking.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to remove all makeup and cleanse their lashes; makeup removal is charged extra. The business does not give refunds on services, but it will correct issues reported within 48 hours of the service. It is not responsible for allergic reactions to lash extensions or adhesive, though lash removal is free if allergy symptoms appear within three days of service.
