Consultations are offered at no charge and last 30 minutes. Appointments are booked through a GlossGenius booking site. Deposits are non-refundable, a new deposit is required to rebook after a cancellation or no-show, and cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, with a 20% charge of the appointment cost for shorter notice or a no-show.

Services cover brows, lashes, lips, permanent eyeliner, faux freckles and beauty marks, micro and custom tattoos, and waxing. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday until 6 PM, Wednesday until 1 PM, Thursday and Friday until 2 PM, and closed on weekends.
