The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Mondays and Sundays. Tuesday hours run 11 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM.

New clients can start with a free consultation of about 10 minutes. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

The portfolio includes examples of full foil with toner and of natural-looking balayage.
