Brainwashed LA is built around head spa treatments, which are scalp treatments that cleanse and nourish the scalp and hair follicles. The business says the aim is a calm space where stress is eased and relaxation comes first.

Two treatments are offered. The Express Head Spa is a 30-minute visit at $90 that covers a cleanse, a scalp exfoliant and a deep conditioning mask. The Deluxe Head Spa is a 60-minute visit at $145 that begins with a scalp analysis and a double cleanse, then adds a scalp exfoliant, a waterfall halo, oxygen infusion therapy, and a steaming and deep conditioning mask.

Each appointment is for one guest at a time, which keeps the room quiet. Hair is towel dried and finished with product before you leave, so you will walk out with wet hair.

A blowout can be added for $50 and takes about 30 minutes. Blowouts are done by licensed stylists who work separately from the business; the business helps coordinate scheduling as a courtesy.

Three-session packages are available at $249 for Express and $399 for Deluxe. They can be transferred, must be paid in full at checkout, and are valid for six months from purchase. Gift cards are also offered.

Treatments use scalp massage and scalp exfoliation to support circulation, with the aim of relaxation, scalp health and hair growth. The business does not give medical advice and does not present the service as a treatment for medical concerns, and it cannot guarantee hair growth because results vary.
