The braid menu runs from two-feed-in and stitch braids through knotless and box braids to boho knotless braids, boho bobs, Fulani freestyle braids and Miracle Knots feather crochet. Every style includes a scalp massage, a nourishing oil treatment and a hot towel compress. Extension hair and products are included in colors 1, 1B, 2 and 4, and other colors are available as an add-on. Box braids are done in a brick layer parting unless a different parting is booked. The business describes medium box braids as the original box braid style, created in the early 1990s.

Locs, micro locs and twists are also offered. Loc services include detox, retwist and install. Micro locs begin with a separate consultation, which is required before any micro loc service and is charged at a flat rate that does not apply toward the install. For cancellations inside that window, the deposit can be applied to a next appointment booked within 30 days of the original date. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment.
