The menu is grouped into braids, hair treatments and styling, sew-ins and installs, twists and locs, and wig installs. Braid styles include knotless, box, goddess box, micro tree, tree, French, tribal, lemonade and Nubian braids, along with crochet braids. Twist and loc options include Senegalese, passion, spring, Marley, kinky and Nubian twists, plus butterfly, faux and soft locs. Sew-in options include closure weave sew-ins, lace closure customization, closure wig installs, and half sew-in with half cornrows.

Booking is done online only, and walk-ins are not guaranteed. Each booking requires a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Clients are given a 15-minute grace period, and later arrivals have their appointments cancelled and must pay a new deposit to rebook. Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit, and cancelling within 24 hours also requires half the balance to be paid at booking. Final balances must be paid in cash, while deposits and other service payments can be made by cash, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay, or by invoice on request.

Braiding hair is included in the price of regular box and knotless braids. For other styles, clients bring their own hair, and they can also bring their own hair if they want a particular brand, texture or color. Shampoo and blow-dry are not included with braiding but can be added at booking. Natural hair needs to be washed and blown out before the appointment, and only leave-in conditioner and hair oil should be used. Hair with mousse or edge control must be rewashed for an additional $25. Prices can vary with hair density, length, braid size, style complexity and extra time needed. Only one guest is allowed per appointment, and only clients receiving services should attend unless approved.

The salon also sells its own braiding hair, styling products and hair extensions. Hair color services require a consultation before the appointment. Appointment issues need to be reported by email within 72 hours after the service.
