The menu covers braid take down, feed-in and knotless braids, loc styles, touch ups and twists, so clients can come in for a new install, a refresh of an existing style or removal of old braids.
Appointments are booked through the BraidSlayer booking site, where the deposit and reschedule rules are set out. Deposits are $50, or $100 for styles priced at $500 and over, and they are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled through the confirmation email up to 72 hours ahead; after that window a new deposit is needed to rebook.
Hair needs to be washed and blow-dried before the appointment, and it should be at least 4 inches long. Clients with a shorter cut are asked to tell the stylist in advance. Medium or large styles can only be booked for appointments after 3:30 pm.
Because the space is limited, extra people can't come along unless they are also getting a service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are automatically cancelled, and no-call no-shows are charged half the price of the style. Payment can be made through Square, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.
Hair for styles can be supplied as an add-on when requested through the booking link.
