Listed prices are base prices. Hair is included in the listed price, but the final total can rise depending on the style you pick and how long your hair is. Posted appointment times are estimates, since the real length of a session depends on hair type and length. Clients who want a style that isn't on the menu are asked to call or text before booking, and holiday appointments need to be talked through with the stylist first.

Booking takes a $20 non-refundable deposit sent through Zelle or Cash App. The deposit holds your time and is applied to the service, and it can be used toward one reschedule; if you reschedule on your own, that deposit is not refunded. Appointments can be moved or canceled by call or text. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since a session can be canceled or pushed back if there is no contact after 15 to 30 minutes, though no late fee applies.

Clients are asked to shampoo and blow dry their hair before the appointment. If you would rather have it washed at the studio, that is available for $20 at the visit. Clients are asked to come alone, and to let the stylist know ahead of time if someone is coming along. Emergency appointments can be arranged on request for an extra $20, added to the service total, by call or text.
