The menu includes boho, goddess and gypsy knotless braids, knotless braids and knotless twists, box braids, micro braids, stitch braids, French curl braids, feed-ins, cornrows, twists, crochet styles, and locs. There are also options for kids and men, along with touch-up and take-down services.

Bookings are made through an online booking link. Styles that don't appear as an option there can be requested by calling or texting the business. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book, and it is applied toward the service.

Before a visit, clients should arrive with their hair washed, blow dried and detangled. Hair needs to be at least 3 to 4 inches long to book. Braiding hair is included in the service price, while curly hair is not included. Booked durations don't reflect the exact time a braid takes, and smaller or medium styles are best booked at the earliest appointment of the day. Hot water is used during all braid services.

The business sets clear timing and cancellation rules. Arriving 30 minutes late incurs a $20 late fee, and appointments are cancelled after 35 minutes late with the deposit not returned. A deposit can be kept for a future appointment if the booking is cancelled through the Acuity link at least 48 hours ahead; cancelling later requires a new deposit to rebook. No-call no-shows are charged 50% of the total style price. Cash is not preferred, and payments are non-refundable unless the business is at fault. Hair concerns need to be raised within 48 hours, unless the issue is fully caused by the business. Guests are not allowed, though children being serviced may attend with one guardian.

For aftercare, cornrows and individual or small feed-in styles can be worn for up to two months. Edges should be checked for hanging braids about every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on hair texture.
