Booking begins with a $50 nonrefundable deposit that holds the appointment and counts toward the total. Deposits and the remaining balance are preferably paid by Zelle or Venmo, and Apple Pay is also accepted. After the deposit, clients send a reference picture of the style they want. Add-ons are charged at the client's request, and a $50 squeeze-in fee applies. Appointment reminders arrive by text, and the listed times are estimates that depend on head size and hair density. The small island or passion twist boho style takes 5.5 hours or more.

Hair needs preparation before every visit: it should be clean, product free, fully detangled, and blow dried from roots to tips. Hair should not be wet, and the scalp should have no oil, since gel is used in the styling. Clients must supply the hair for crochet styles. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. One reschedule is allowed within the same month, and a second reschedule requires a new deposit. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which a $10 late fee may be charged.
