The menu is organized by style. Feed-in braids are priced by the number of braids, from four up to twenty, with designs charged separately. Knotless and box braids are sorted by row count and hair length, and tribal styles pair knotless braids in back with feed-ins in front or lemonade braids. There are also loc touch-ups, loc retwists, soft locs, two-strand natural twists, sew-ins with front braids, and a shampoo and blow dry service. Children are served from toddler age through about nine, and men can book six to eight stitch guy braids.

Prices are built around hair that is already included in the braiding services, and clients choose their color when they book. Length add-ons and custom color blends are available if a client wants more hair or a mix of shades. Clients with short hair should send a short video or photo first for a free consultation.

The salon's own rules are clear and fairly strict. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, or the fee is half the service price. Clients who cancel or reschedule three times must pay a 50% deposit, and after a third cancellation they can no longer book. There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness, and children can be left during braiding while the stylist texts the parent before finishing, with a fee if a child is not collected on time. Apple Pay and card payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. According to the salon, no deposit is required to book.
