Many services are priced by size and length, and the listed times show roughly how long each style takes.
Booking starts with a non-refundable $30 deposit that goes toward the service total, and deposits and details are arranged by text. The balance can be paid in cash, Apple Pay, credit card or Venmo. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period. A no-call, no-show or non-show cancellation results in 50% of the booked services being charged to the card on file, and clients who no-call and no-show are blocked from booking again. Hair should be at least 4 inches long all around the head, or a current photo of the hair length can be sent. Hair should be washed within 24 hours of the visit, free of products and oils, and blown out as straight as possible.
Visits are for clients age 9 and up, and younger clients are accepted case by case once confirmed. Extra people and children who are not being serviced cannot come along. Saturday appointments are not available for knotless braids unless requested in advance, and knotless box braids of any size can be requested for Sunday by text. Emergency appointments carry an extra $100 fee added to the balance. A wash and blow-dry adds $30, or $20 for a blow-dry only. All services and sales are final, so any concerns should be raised before leaving the salon.
