Styles are grouped into five looks: Sassy for short micro-plait bobs and pixie styles, Bougie for trendy braids such as box plaits and knotless plaits, Corporate for mid-length to chest-length micro-plaits, Diva for long micro-plaits and layered styles, and Neo-Soul for natural, earthy looks such as micro-locs. Re-touches and a natural hair braid-up service sit under Other Services.

Clients need at least 2 inches of hair for braiding styles, and most styles are booked as a two-day appointment. Human hair is not included in service prices; the salon recommends hair vendors and details are given at booking. Refunds are at the braider's discretion. No-call or no-show clients forfeit their deposit and must rebook with a new deposit, and rescheduling or transferring a deposit is not allowed. Arriving more than an hour late without notice also forfeits the deposit and appointment. Re-touches can be booked after 4 to 6 weeks as needed.

The business offers a two-day Micro-Bob Plait training class priced at $4,000, taught one-on-one for those with moderate braiding skills. It covers pricing strategies, work ethic, business ethics, braiding skills and the trade, and includes a braiding kit with hair, scissors, a manikin, clips, a lighter comb and a brush. A 30% deposit of $1,200 is required to start.
