The menu is built around braiding. It includes box braids for women and men, small and medium knotless braids, large, medium and small lemonade braids, Fulani and tribal braids, braided ponytails, and braid counts that run from two braids up to 30 or more. Micro braids are offered as a standard partial-length service, with a fully braided-down option on request. Bora Bora braids and Miracle Knots, which are braided in rather than crocheted, round out the braided styles. Hair is not supplied for the boho bob and boho knotless services, though boho hair can be provided on request for an extra fee.
Beyond braids, the business offers loc maintenance with a choice of style, starter, soft, butterfly, invisible and micro locs, and two strand and kinky twists. Kids' services include toddler boys' braids, cornrows with or without extensions, and knotless braids for children under 11. Braid take-downs are offered for box braids, cornrows and general braid removal.
Booking requires a non-refundable $30 deposit that goes toward the service balance. Clients may reschedule once with a deposit, and cancellations or reschedules need 24 to 48 hours' notice. Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes of lateness, with late fees applied from 10 minutes. At least half of the balance is paid partway through the service, and cash, Apple Pay and Zelle are accepted. Hair is not washed at the appointment, and extra guests are discouraged for safety reasons.
