Before a service, clients can book a consultation that goes over hair questions, hair type, products and day-to-day care. If a client goes ahead with services after the consultation, the consultation fee is applied to the total. Appointments are confirmed by notice 72 hours and 24 hours ahead, and clients can cancel or reschedule free of charge within those notices. Arriving more than 15 minutes late carries a $15 fee, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 30 minutes late. Cancelling within 24 hours carries a 30% fee unless the visit is rescheduled with a prepaid deposit.

The studio accepts cash, Cash App, Apple Pay and Venmo. Listed hours are Tuesday and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 AM, and Wednesday through Friday from 7:30 PM to 12 AM; the studio is closed Sundays and Mondays. A travel fee applies to clients outside the immediate area: it starts at $30 for locations within 9 miles one way, and is $50 for locations 10 to 17 miles one way. Requests more than 18 miles away need a consultation first.
