Knotless braids are offered in several sizes, from extra small to jumbo, with prices starting at $160 for large and $325 for extra small; sessions run from about two hours upward depending on size. Twists, Fulani braids, box braids, ponytail styles, lemonade braids and tribal braids are also listed, with starting prices by size. Stitch braids are priced by stitch count, from $85 for 4 stitches up to $275 for 20 to 22 stitches. Miracle knots are offered, and clients supply their own crochet hair for them. Braided bald head styles, kids knotless and Fulani braids, and kids stitch braids are on the menu too. Kids natural styles are listed with pricing that varies, and a take down of knotless or twist braids, including detangling, starts at $100 for existing clients only.

Booking involves a $20 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. The deposit can be moved once to a new date. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, with a 35% charge for late cancellations and 50% for no-shows. Reschedules must be made within one week of the original date. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $20 late fee applies. Hair should arrive freshly washed and blow-dried, without oils, gels or creams. Style, size, color and length should be confirmed ahead of time, with changes requested at least 72 hours before the appointment. Only the client is allowed at appointments. Parents of children receive an estimated completion time, and late pick-ups carry a $15 fee per 10 minutes past a 10-minute grace period.

The business is open Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 10 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. Squeeze-in appointments are $50 for adults and $50 for kids. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
