The studio is in Phoenix, and the full address is sent with each booking confirmation, which clients use for directions. Arriving 10 minutes late carries a $10 late fee and 15 minutes late a $15 fee, and an appointment is cancelled if the client arrives 20 minutes late.

Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit, which is deducted from the total at the end of the appointment. The deposit can be moved to a new time once. After that, rescheduling or cancelling means the deposit is lost, and a cancelled client must rebook with a new deposit.

Before an appointment, hair needs to be clean, recently washed and blown out as flat as possible. The salon does not provide wash or blow-dry services. Hair should be free of oils and conditioners; anyone arriving with product in their hair will be turned away and asked to book again. A client may bring their own oil, which is applied once the style is complete. Hair must measure at least 5 inches in length, and clients can send photos by text to confirm this before booking.

Clients can choose from hair color options 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30, 613, and the T1b/27 and T1b/30 ombres. Clients may bring their own hair, and the price stays the same. For custom color, the business suggests the client supply the hair. Any add-ons for the braids must be brought to the appointment, as accessories are not supplied. Extra guests and children are not allowed at appointments, while snacks and drinks are welcome. Questions can be sent by text, and replies may take up to 48 hours.
