Every service is booked by appointment only, so each client gets personal attention. The studio keeps parts clean, works for precise braids, and puts client comfort first. Hair should be washed and blow-dried straight before the visit, or a blow out fee is added. Children and extra guests stay out of the appointment unless they are being serviced.

The menu covers a wide range: feed-in braids, knotless braids, Fulani braids with Quickwave, jumbo sets, crochet installs, sew-ins, half-up and protective quick weaves, natural twists and braids, men's cornrows and plaits, and kids' styles. Hair services include shampoo, hair baths, a nourishing treatment with steam and scalp massage, precision trims, silk press, and take-down services that remove braids or weave without cutting hair. Add-ons such as beads, curly pieces, longer length and boho curls can be added to a base style.

Deposits are nonrefundable and go toward the service. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations or no-shows are charged to the card on file. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late pay a $30 late fee and may have the appointment moved or cancelled. Remaining balances are preferred in cash, other electronic payments carry a fee, and a service fee applies to all transactions. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
