Services are grouped by type on the booking menu, and each one lists its price and approximate appointment length, from 30 minutes for a sew-in or quickweave to 5 hours for larger braided styles.
Clients can book a 30-minute consultation for $35 to talk through a specific style before committing to a full appointment. Booking requires a $35 deposit, which is nonrefundable and can be paid only through Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice. Arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies. Extra guests are not allowed unless the stylist agrees beforehand, and children must be able to sit still for kids services.
Hair should arrive washed, blow-dried and free of oils and products. Color provided with styles is limited to shades 1, 1B, 2 and 4, and other colors, or colors for beads or knockers, are requested by private message. Clients who supply their own hair for color or boho styles should drop it off 24 hours before the appointment. A blow-dry needed before a service adds $10 and must be booked as an add-on. Accessories such as knockers, barrettes and beads cost an extra $10 for kids braids.
