The menu covers knotless braids, including a Boho knotless version, knotless box braids, stitch braids, regular feed-in braids, mini braids, and cornrows, with human-hair-only options available for those styles.

Twist styles include kinky twists and mini twists. The shop also offers Miracle Knots, traditional sew-ins, natural hairstyles, and silk press. The Boho service can be booked with the option to leave out the sew-in portion.

Booking requires a $35 deposit, which is applied toward the cost of the service, plus a $1.36 processing fee charged at booking that is non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid after the appointment by cash, credit or debit card, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.

Clients should arrive with hair at least 4 inches long and fully detangled. Anyone who washes their own hair should do so within 48 hours of the appointment, blow-dried straight and free of product; flat ironing is optional. Visible dandruff on the scalp or hair needs a wash, priced at $35 and up, or the appointment is canceled and the deposit is lost.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours ahead. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the total service cost, and no-shows are charged 50% and barred from future booking. Clients who run late are charged $10 for each 10 minutes beyond the first 10, and appointments are canceled after 20 minutes. Clients must be at least 14 years old to be serviced, and the shop asks that guests refrain from cursing in the salon.
