Booking is handled directly rather than through an online calendar. Clients request an appointment by Instagram direct message, and each request includes the address for the visit, the intended hair color and any accessories needed. A $50 deposit holds the appointment and is paid through Zelle, with the name used to book included in the payment comments. An appointment is cancelled if the deposit has not arrived within 30 minutes of scheduling. The website is used for pricing information only.
