The salon works from a suite at 1301 W Lafayette Blvd in downtown Detroit, with a team of independent Haus Stylists. Its braid menu covers boho braids, knotless and stitch braids, Fulani and French curl styles, Bora Bora braids and kids' styles. Small Boho Braids use small parts, run 280 minutes or more, and are priced from $285; the appointment includes a reclining chair with a neck pillow, a blanket and snacks. A shampoo add-on for those braids is $25. A Take Down, starting at $55, includes a shampoo and takes 60 minutes or more.

Chair rentals are offered to independent stylists, booked by the day or as a five-day package, with rental hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Haus Pro option includes six chairs at $65 per day or $185 for five days, with a styling station, free parking, receptionist support and in-Haus product purchases. The Haus Premiere option includes five chairs at $85 per day or $225 for five days, with a reclining chair station. Shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided for chair renters' clients. Rentals are booked through Wix checkout and can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start time.
