Prices are listed by style and by size, from small to large, and length can add to the cost, so the total for a set depends on how big the parts are and how far the braids fall.

The menu is grouped into categories such as knotless braids, feed-in braids, scalp braids, twists, crochet, locs, kids styles and wigs. Some styles need clients to bring their own hair. Braiding hair is sold in the salon, but the business does not sell wigs, and the human hair used for certain crochet styles is also not sold there.

Cleansing and shampoo services use vegan, natural products. A braiding hair detox removes the alkaline lye coating from braiding hair before it goes in, and the clean loc detox uses baking soda and apple cider vinegar to clarify roots and buildup. The business suggests a loc detox about every six months.

Deposits are required to book and are non-refundable, and all services are final sale. Teeth whitening is also non-refundable once it has been done. Tooth gem removal is not offered in the salon, so clients are referred to a local dental office for that.

The business also offers training and coaching for stylists. A six-hour private braiding course at $850 covers hand placement, product knowledge, knotless and feed-in techniques, pricing and a training manual, with a certificate at the end. A 40-minute phone conversation on beauty business basics costs $65, and a professional strategy consultation is offered to established braiding stylists, with pricing not shown.

Uses vegan, natural shampoo and cleansing products, and lists prices by style, size and length so clients can see what a set will cost before booking.
