Booking is handled online. Clients choose from braiding, crochet extension, extension installation and hair straightening categories, and can add a wash and blow dry when they book. The booking page also lists a class option for those who want to learn the work.

Appointments can be held at a location other than the studio. Travel appointments start at $100, not including the cost of the service. Squeeze-in and after-hours appointments carry an extra $100 fee.

Clients should arrive with their hair washed and blown dry straight. Hair needs to be at least 5 inches long. Anyone unsure whether their length qualifies can send a photo with their inquiry. Existing braids from a previous style, I-tips and any extensions must be removed before the appointment, and arriving with them leads to immediate cancellation.

Clients must be at least 12 years old. Extra guests are not permitted, and if children come without a sitter the appointment is rescheduled. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the client is asked to reschedule at no extra cost.

Appointments can be rescheduled using the initial confirmation email. Refunds are not issued, and booking means agreeing to the business's terms and conditions.
