Facials range from the 5-N-1 Facial, which combines deep cleansing, a glycolic acid scrub, extractions, an enzyme peel, lymphatic massage and a collagen mask, to the Masculine Makeover, a men's version that adds brow, ear and nose waxing. The Micro-Current Facial uses Guinot galvanic rollers. The Signature Sweep is the dermaplaning service and can last up to two hours; it includes waxing, dermaplaning, a manual scrub, enzyme peel, steam extractions, massage and a mask, with brow and lip waxing included. Waxing is also offered on its own for face, brows, arms, bikini and legs. Bikini waxing comes in a classic French cut or a full Brazilian. Appointments are by appointment only, Monday through Friday, and are booked by calling or texting the studio. Group services and parties are available if clients get in touch first. Parking is metered on the street in front, with a gated lot one block south.

The product collection is chosen to address particular skin concerns rather than trends or marketing. The business says products are tested on clients for at least a year before they are stocked. Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless the product page says otherwise; final sale items and original shipping charges are not refunded, and exchanges are not processed.

For dermaplaning, the business advises a session every three to four weeks. It is not recommended for anyone under 18 or with active or cystic acne. Clients are asked to avoid retinol and retinal for at least two weeks beforehand and to limit prolonged direct sun for at least three days afterward. The business states that dermaplaning has been legal for estheticians in California since January 1, 2022, under SB803.
