Boutiques & Suites

Boutiques & Suites began as an idea to help friends in the beauty industry become independent and build their own businesses. It now offers private suites where professionals can work for themselves rather than inside a traditional salon.

The building has five private suites, each with its own sink and vanity and wood and glass barn doors. Suites are designed for privacy and renters can personalize their space.

Renters set their own schedules, with access to the suites at any hour. Each suite has a 24/7 alarm system. Rent covers utilities, and WiFi is provided for renters and their clients.

Shared amenities include a break room with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and seating, plus an on-site laundry with free use of washers and dryers. The business takes no commission or share of renters' profits.

The location sits a few minutes from Downtown Orlando on Colonial Drive and Fern Creek Ave. Hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 10pm, and Sunday 8am to 11pm. Phone is 321-307-8118 and email is boutiquesandsuites@gmail.com.
