Boutique Day Spa

Boutique Day Spa is a day spa on Monroe Drive NE in Atlanta. Appointments are booked by phone at 770-886-0044 or by email at info@boutiquedayspa.com.

Scheduling requires a non-refundable $50 booking fee, which is deducted from the total owed at the appointment. Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; changing or cancelling inside that window means paying an additional booking fee to book again. No-shows and same-day cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the booking fee, and any future appointments must be paid in full before rescheduling.

Gift cards come as eGift cards in $50, $100, $150 or $200 amounts, or in a custom amount. Group gift cards let several contributors pool money toward one recipient. Gift cards must be presented at booking, have no cash value, cannot be converted to credit or transferred, and cannot be redeemed after their expiration date. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Clients are asked to check in at the reception desk 10 minutes before their first appointment. Late arrivals may get a shortened treatment. Cell phones are not allowed in the spa, and outside food and drink are not permitted in the building. Only the client receiving a service may be in the treatment room, and other guests cannot wait in the suite during a service. Children, babies and pets are not permitted at appointments, and photography or video recording is not allowed during services.

A 20% gratuity is applied automatically to all services. Complimentary parking is available at the client's own risk. Service prices may change without notice, and no refunds are given for products or services. The spa may stop or refuse a service if the provider feels unsafe, mistreated or harassed, or if the service is not appropriate for the client.
