The clinical team includes licensed nurse practitioners who are overseen by a medical director. Each client receives a customized plan and pricing after an initial physician consultation, and treatments are chosen through individual consultation and clinical judgment. Where relevant, protocols are based on blood chemistry, and bloodwork is monitored during treatment. Plans usually combine in-office protocols, prescriptions and at-home routines, along with daily guidance on nutrition, movement and recovery.

A first step is a complimentary consultation with no commitment required, and an online assessment is available before booking a consult. Membership is optional and is not needed to book a treatment. The Essential and Premier tiers each carry a twelve-month commitment and include discounts on treatments and an annual credit when paid upfront.

Hair restoration pricing depends on the clinical tools a client needs and on whether they hold a membership.

Exosome and secretome therapies are not currently approved by the FDA for cosmetic or hair-loss purposes. The salon adds that the information on its site is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice.
