Medical services include Botox and Dysport at $13 per unit, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, Skinvive, Sculptra, and PRP injections, plus methylcobalamin vitamin B12 injections at $30 per visit, with each visit lasting about 15 minutes. Treatment frequency is individualized, and there is no recovery period afterward. Consultations for injectables cost nothing. First-time patients who want a medical procedure need a Good Faith Exam with a medical director beforehand. Those first medical appointments can't be booked online, so the office must be phoned.

The facial menu runs from quick LED sessions to longer customized treatments. Facials are built around each client's skin and use medical-grade products with a signature double cleanse. Options include Essential Facial with LED, Bound Beauty Express, Luminous Glow and the 90-minute Boundless Glow, and there is a separate Ultimate Skin Renewal facial. Add-ons include dermaplaning, LightStim Elipsa LED therapy and an Ariessence PDGF upgrade. Microneedling with SkinPen, microneedling with PRP and ZO 3-Step Peels are offered as single treatments or as series, and the neck and décolleté can be treated with microneedling or PRP.

Lash, brow and waxing services are handled by Sam, Alyssa Pease and Samantha Slepikas. Lash lifts, lash tints and brow lamination and tinting are offered individually and as combined series, and waxing covers brows, upper lip and underarms. The business also runs two membership plans. The Elevated Beauty Membership is $85 per month and includes discounts on Botox, Dysport and skincare, plus half off B12 injections. The Boundless Beauty Membership is $175 per month and includes discounts on injectables, fillers, Sculptra, microneedling, peels, skincare and facials, plus one complimentary vitamin injection each month. Membership benefits follow a signed membership agreement, and membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Policies cover cancellations and reschedules, which need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a $50 fee. No-shows are charged $100 or lose a prepaid deposit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shortened service or a reschedule. Payment is accepted by cash, debit and major credit cards and is due at the time of service, while packages and prepaid treatments must be paid in full before the first session. Gratuities are not accepted for medical or injector services but may be accepted for esthetic services. Treatments, services and gift cards are final sale, though clients with adverse effects or concerns should contact the business within 48 hours. Unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase. Consent forms must be signed before the first treatment and renewed each year or when medical history changes. Gift cards and financing information are available.
