Guests then receive personalized care recommendations. Several rituals combine massage, steam and hair masks, and some are designed for specific needs such as sensitive or irritated scalps, textured hair, or hair loss concerns.

Facials come in three versions: a 30-minute express facial, a 60-minute classic facial with optional extractions, and a back facial that can include a dry scalp massage with oils on request. Haircuts for women, men and children aged 10 and under are offered, along with bang trims and blow dries. Facial waxing uses soft wax, and a 20-minute heated hand therapy can be added to other services.

The salon is open Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Product pickup visits take about 20 minutes and cost nothing.

Guests are asked to arrive on time, since late arrivals may receive a shortened service, and to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Only the booked guest may attend, and mobile devices should be silenced during treatments. Head spa services cannot be done on guests with hair extensions of any type, or when open wounds, active infections, lice or contagious scalp conditions are present. Guests who are pregnant or have a medical condition affecting the scalp or skin should mention it when booking. Results may vary with scalp condition, hair type and home care.
