A consultation is required before device treatments, full-face planning and any medical or longevity program, and suitability is decided in person by a licensed provider. Facials, HydraFacials and skin analysis can be booked online without one. Lip work is planned around each client's proportions. Lips by Botanica focuses on shape and hydration, while classic lip filler adds volume along or into the body of the lip. Full Face Balancing maps the whole face before any product is placed and is staged over several visits.

Russian lip technique places filler vertically from the base of the lip upward for height and a defined centre. It takes about an hour including numbing, and the studio places less filler than many clients expect, reviews at two weeks and adds more only if the client wants it. Swelling is most noticeable for three to four days, and results last six to twelve months. It is not offered to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active cold sore or infection near the lips, or have had a past reaction to hyaluronic acid filler. Very thin lips may need height built over more than one visit.

Other services include Liquid BBL, a non-surgical buttock enhancement; in-studio LED teeth whitening completed in one visit; and laser tattoo removal with a Pico laser, usually four to six sessions spaced six to eight weeks apart. The Weight and Metabolic Reset is physician-supervised and combines telehealth consultations with in-person follow-up, a personalized nutrition plan and monthly progress visits. Two memberships, Botanica Bloom at $99 a month and The Botanica Circle at $299 a month, bank each payment as treatment credit that rolls over and does not expire while the member is enrolled.

Clients are offered tea and chocolates before treatment, and a hot towel and cashmere throw if the room is cool. Booking is online through the Boulevard platform or by phone. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead has no fee; later changes or no-shows carry a fee of 50% of the booked price, never more than the appointment price. A valid card is required, and repeated late cancellations may require prepayment. Financing is offered through independent lenders including Cherry, CareCredit, Affirm and Klarna, and some medically directed services may be HSA or FSA eligible. Patient reviews quoted on the site praise the injectors' knowledge and kindness. Individual results vary and no result is guaranteed.

Plans are staged and conservative. Each one starts with a skin assessment and a written plan listing sessions, spacing and total cost before any treatment begins.
