Boston's Nails & Spa operates from the second floor at 665 Boylston Street in Boston, open Monday to Friday until 7pm, Saturday until 6pm and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. The salon describes its nail work as art, and its menu is grouped into manicures, pedicures, nail extensions and a nail art and extras section.

Manicures range from a classic service at $30 to Organic Spa versions with an aromatic soak, sugar scrub, moisture mask and massage, and gel and dip options. Pedicures include a classic service, an Organic Spa pedicure, and two signature packages that add paraffin and a hot towel wrap, with the Ultimate option applying gel polish with no dry time.

Nail enhancements, including Gel X, structured gel, builder gel, dip powder and acrylic, can be booked online with removal not included. For nail art, clients choose a Simple, Medium or Complex level before booking, referring to the salon's Instagram for examples, and can attach design inspiration to the booking note. Nail art inspiration and consultations are also handled through Instagram.

According to the salon, it worked with Big Papi on his show Big Papi Needs a Job in 2018. The salon also says Boston Magazine recognized its coffin nails in 2018 and named it best mani/pedi in 2020.
