Visits begin with a consultation, and appointments are required; walk-ins are not seen. For injectable work, the Caliper Consultation is the starting point. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes and uses facial measurements taken with calipers and the golden ratio to guide neurotoxin and filler placement and dosing. The practice focuses on natural-looking results and plans shaped around each person's goals. Same-day appointments are sometimes available, and the practice asks clients to call at 857-496-0423 to check. Appointments can also be booked online at bostonbeautox.com.
Beyond aesthetics, the practice offers medically supervised weight management using tirzepatide with B12 injections, after a clinical consultation and health screening. Ongoing provider monitoring includes dosage adjustments as needed. It also offers physician-supervised testosterone replacement therapy, where lab testing, including a hormone panel, comes before treatment and plans are tailored to lab results, health history and goals, with follow-up labs and check-ins. Insurance coverage for testosterone therapy varies, so clients are directed to their insurer. The practice also lists IV hydration therapy, peptide therapy and hormone optimization therapy among its body and wellness services.
Before a visit, clients are asked to have at least 12 ounces of water and to eat something first. Treatments can be paid for with financing, though each application is subject to the financing partner's approval. Opening hours run 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays, and the practice is closed Sundays. The practice also runs a BB Training Academy.
