Cuts range from bang trims and men's cuts to haircut and blowdry, and blowouts include a version finished with an iron. Brow and lash services include tinting, waxing, brow lamination and a Korean lash lift.
Long-lasting treatments are a large part of the menu. Japanese hair straightening, which the salon describes as permanent, starts at $550, with extra charged for longer and thicker hair. Keratin comes in two versions: Keratin Express at $100, lasting four to six weeks, and a full keratin treatment at $250, lasting up to four months. Hair Botox is priced by length, and tape-in extensions can be removed and reapplied through an extension move-up, with extension consultations offered at no charge.
Some booking rules are worth knowing before a visit. A $25 no-show fee applies for every hour booked when a client does not attend; cancellations and reschedules do not incur it. New clients booking Japanese hair straightening are invoiced a $100 deposit to confirm, and clients with a past no-show are invoiced the full price to confirm. All hair services are non-refundable, and clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to say so as soon as possible so the salon can try to make adjustments. Afterpay is accepted.
The salon says its top priority is an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every appointment. It asks clients to raise any concerns early so that adjustments can be attempted.
