Wedding work covers bridal makeup, bridal party and wedding guest makeup, professional hair styling, lashes, extension installs and a choice of airbrush or traditional foundation. Bridal packages include a pre-wedding consultation, up to two hours of on-site makeup for the bride on the day, lashes, pre-picture touch-ups and a bridal trial. Multi-day packages cover the whole wedding weekend, and the salon says it has completed over 100 of them. Destination weddings are offered, including Indian, Persian and LGBTQ+ weddings. Brides are advised to book 6 to 18 months ahead, and last-minute bookings are accommodated when possible.

Production hair and makeup is offered for film and TV sets, commercials, editorials, magazines, red carpets, runways, corporate headshots and branding shoots. It can be booked hourly at 125 dollars, as a half-day package of 5 hours for 500 dollars, or as a full-day package of 10 hours for 850 dollars, with multi-day packages available. Packages include a pre-production consultation, on-site hair and makeup, skin care and light grooming, lashes and touch-ups. Additional artists are added for larger productions, a travel fee of 75 dollars applies or mileage is charged, and the production team is covered by a multimillion-dollar insurance policy for travel locations and sets.

Makeup classes are personalized and cover everyday makeup, soft and full glam, eye looks and the use of brushes and tools, with products chosen and shopped together. Groups of up to 25 can book classes at the studio or at events for 125 dollars per person, and each participant takes home a professional kit. Private studio classes, classes for friends or events, and personal makeup shopping events are also offered. Professional makeup artist training is available one-on-one or in group masterclasses, in person or online. Bookings are handled personally by Kaitlin Francois, including bookings for other artists on the team. Travel to a bride's hotel or bridal suite anywhere in Jacksonville is free, travel within about 2 hours of Jacksonville is a flat rate, and farther locations are charged by mileage plus hotel.
