A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation of about 10 to 15 minutes, which is included at the time of service. Clients who want an allergy check or have questions can request a free pre-consult beforehand. A first microblading or powder brow session runs about two to two and a half hours and covers brow mapping, color matching, trimming or tweezing, and topical numbing.

The brow menu includes microblading, powder brows made with a micropigmentation machine for a softer or darker ombre look, combo brows that pair microblading at the front with machine shading through the body and tail, and nano brows made with ultra-fine needles. Powder brows are also offered to clients who may not suit microblading, such as those with previous permanent makeup, large pores, or oily skin. Technique and aftercare are adjusted to each client's skin and hair stroke pattern.

Touch-ups are a large part of the work. A complimentary touch-up within six to nine weeks is included with microblading or powder brows, while later touch-ups are priced by how long ago the previous work was done. Maintenance touch-ups every six to twelve months are recommended to keep brows looking fresh. Lip blush and saline tattoo removal are also offered; the studio says its removal work can target all ink colors and usually takes several sessions.

Booking involves a non-refundable fee, $100 for new clients and $50 for other services, applied to the appointment. Children, pets, and other guests are not permitted, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

Technique and aftercare are tailored to each client's skin and hair stroke pattern, and the studio is open about what results to expect, with color and shape corrections possible during a touch-up.
