The spa is owned by Diana Segura, a licensed esthetician and permanent make-up artist. Its stated mission is to help clients feel and look their best, with confidence carried into everyday life. The spa describes its cosmetic treatments as among the most technologically advanced available.

Facials are customized. The Fabulous Facial is a 50-minute treatment with skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, light extractions, massage and a mask. Deep Clean runs 70 minutes. The gold facial uses a 24k mask and includes steam, extractions and massage of the face, neck, scalp and décolleté. Dermaplaning takes about 30 minutes, removes surface dead skin and fine vellus hair with a sterile scalpel, and needs no recovery time; clients with active acne are not candidates. Other options include diamond microdermabrasion, hydrofacials, oxygen infusion, chemical peels and a teen acne facial.

Laser hair removal is recommended in at least six treatments per area, and the spa cites about a 70% reduction in most cases. Yearly maintenance sessions, usually two to three, are suggested afterward. Laser packages are paid in full at the first visit, and body packages are paid at the first and/or sixth session. The lash lift takes about 30 minutes using silicone rollers and is priced at $80; the spa lists results lasting four to six weeks, including through contact with water.

Arrive on time or five minutes early; first-time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete a consent form. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone or text, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service fee. All service sales are final, and gratuity is not included. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the intake form and attend, and children and babies are not permitted.
