Every visit starts with a custom consultation and an in-depth look at the hair before any service is chosen.

Booking is by request. A receptionist contacts the client to accept, confirm or decline it, and requests are reviewed within 24 hours. A refundable retainer of 50% of the total service cost is due at booking and is applied to the final balance, which is payable when the service is complete. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and cancellations, rescheduling and confirmations need at least 48 hours' notice. Full refunds are only given for cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead, and missed or same-day cancellations forfeit the retainer.

Accepted payments are cash, major credit cards, Zelle and digital payments. Service concerns must be raised within 48 hours, and any adjustment is at management's discretion.
