Manicures include nail shaping, a cuticle trim and a hand massage, with a choice of polish or buff. Pedicures add a warm salt soak, cuticle care, callus treatment as needed, a foot massage and a warm moist towel. The longest option, The Ultimate Heights pedicure, runs 75 minutes and adds a mask, leg massage, hot stones, paraffin and a shoulder massage.

The salon makes its own scrubs, soaks and massage candles for nail services, using natural components such as olive oil, honey, sugar, Epsom salt, sea salt, baking soda, herbs, fresh produce and aromatic oils. Which of these go into a given service depends on the treatment chosen. The herbal spa manicure and pedicure rely on aromatic oils, dried botanicals, fresh fruit, exfoliants, masks, creams and massage oils. Gift cards priced from $20 up to $500 can be purchased through the website.

Disposable liners, buffers and files are used for every client, and tools are sterilized after each use, which the salon says is to meet State Board of Health requirements. If a nail needs repair after a visit, it is reviewed from a photo, and the repair options and charges are explained before any work goes ahead. Payment is due when the service is complete and tips are optional. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the service is adjusted or rescheduled.

The salon says its aim is full client satisfaction and describes its sanitary conditions as impeccable. Single-use liners, buffers and files are used for each client.
