The salon's core idea is that healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp, and its Head Spa menu is built around that. There are three rituals. The 60-minute Head Spa Reset Ritual combines scalp cooling, a soba essence mist, focused scalp therapy, neck and shoulder release and a grounding tea moment. The 90-minute Immersion Ritual is the signature experience, opening with a five-point physiological assessment, a foot bath and cranial cooling, then full-zone scalp therapy, neck, shoulder and ear release, breath guidance and a tea ritual. The 120-minute Therapeutic Ritual starts with an assessment that includes lifestyle mapping, followed by a two-phase foot bath, dynamic cooling, full scalp therapy, jaw, ear and neck release, a personalised reflection with recommendations and a tea phase. All three finish with a 10-minute dryer chair.

Buckwheat runs through the Head Spa, used in the foot soak, the hair rinse and the tea served at the end of each ritual. The salon uses common buckwheat rather than Tartary buckwheat.

On the color side, the salon offers Design Color including full bleach, partial highlights, single process, and combined single process with partial highlights and design color. Pricing varies with length and process, and every color service includes shampoo and a blow dry. Cutting, perms and event styling are also offered. Perms and event styling both need an email or direct message consultation before booking, and event styling does not include shampoo. Custom bespoke treatments are available on request, and gift cards can be purchased. The salon says every service is approached with a high standard of quality and careful attention to detail.
