The business describes itself as a healthier option, and says its care extends to the well-being of both guests and staff.

A visit takes place in a space designed to help guests relax. Manicures and pedicures happen in separate rooms, pedicure chairs are zero-gravity models with massage, and the manicure stations have an independent exhaust system that purifies the indoor air. The spa is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9am to 6pm, with last appointments at 5pm.

Signature services are the Citrus Chill manicure and pedicure options, which use Dazzle Dry polish or gel (shellac) polish, and the Essence of Purity, which includes an eco-paraffin treatment. Milk & Honey adds a milk bath, scalp and shoulder massage and a hot stone massage, and the Bora Bora service adds eco-paraffin and the same massage elements. A Little Oasis manicure and pedicure is offered for children ages 6 to 10. Adult clients can also choose gel nail art in three levels, a builder gel overlay with BIAB, or Gel-X extensions.

Booking details: a credit card is required to book and is charged for late cancellations and no-shows. Changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a penalty. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are charged the full service fee and the service may be shortened. Refunds are not offered, but a complimentary re-do for affected nails can be booked within 5 days of the appointment. Groups of 6 or more can reserve the entire spa two weeks in advance for a $100 group fee, and guests may bring their own food and drinks for group bookings. Gift cards are available through the online booking link. The spa does not offer acrylics, dipping powders, or removals that require drill bits.

Gel nail art is priced in three levels, with the technician setting the price. Builder gel overlays with BIAB and Gel-X extensions are offered, along with gel and Gel-X removal when you are not having a new service.
