Studio hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed on Sunday and Monday. Clients arriving with existing nail product must book a soak-off add-on, or the appointment is canceled with a $15 fee. Nails done by another tech need a Foreign Soak-Off add-on, and Gel-X done by Jemimah, or a builder gel or manicure that has been on for more than two months, needs the My Work Soak-Off add-on.

Art is priced by tier, with time estimates. Minimal art starts at $50 and takes about 50 minutes or more, Enhanced art starts at $60 for about 65 minutes or more, Trendy art starts at $70 for about 80 minutes or more, and Luxury art starts at $80 for about 110 minutes or more. Design add-ons are charged per nail, from $1 for simple patterns up to $6 for highly detailed designs or combination sets. If designs from different tiers are chosen, the price changes, and designs not listed in a tier can be checked by message before booking.

Booking has firm timing rules. A 60 percent fee applies to appointments canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time, and an appointment is canceled with that fee if a client is 20 minutes late. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $5 late fee, with $2 added for every 5 minutes after the first 10. Two cancellations or no-shows block future bookings, and booking outside available hours adds a $20 convenience fee. Questions about services, pricing or designs can be sent by message.

Each set is planned around the client's own taste, with a studio focus on pricing that is clear per nail and per tier.
