At the first appointment, the technician maps the brows to the client's face structure instead of setting a fixed shape. Skin damage around the brow is noted and the alignment of the brows is addressed. Each client then receives an estimated time frame for correction, based on how much correction is needed, and a recommended appointment cycle based on their own brow growth.
Reservations are made only by phone; the studio does not accept text messages or emails. When calls go unanswered, callers can leave a voicemail, and staff return the call during opening hours, which are Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 8pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute slots, and services that take longer, such as full face hair removal, are set aside in blocks of 30 minutes or more. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule should give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling late or not attending may lead to a $37 charge that cannot be refunded, and longer reserved appointments may carry a $74 charge.
Brow work centers on restoring each hair and returning the brows to their natural shape, with the first visit used to map the brows to the face and plan a correction timeline and follow-up cycle.
